1. General terms of use

In these Terms and Conditions, users of our services may be referred to as “Clients,” “Users,” “Members,” “Account Holders,” “Traders,” “he,” “she” or “they,” in the singular or plural. Likewise, Patria Invest may be referred to as the “Company,” the “Broker,” the “Brokerage Service Provider,” the “Trading Platform,” the “Trading Intermediary,” “we” or “our.”
2. Restricted use of the platform
Patria Invest provides its services in accordance with the laws and regulations of each country in which we operate. Certain jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit access to brokerage services. In such cases, we are not legally permitted to offer our services to residents of those regions. We cannot be required to continue providing our services if a restriction is introduced after your registration. Any person who accesses our platform from a restricted region, including through a VPN or any other means, does so at their own risk and bears sole responsibility for all consequences.
3. No professional or financial advice
The content provided on our website, in whole or in part, is provided for general information purposes only. It shall under no circumstances be considered legal, financial or professional advice. Any misinterpretation of this information as advice is the sole responsibility of the user, who bears all of its consequences.
4. Access to information
Patria Invest is a global provider of brokerage services and enables CFD trading for international traders. We maintain a professional website offering written, visual and audio content intended strictly for information purposes. In regions where the law restricts the dissemination of such information, we reserve the right to remove or limit access in order to comply with our legal obligations.
5. Terms of provision of brokerage services
By accessing or using our services, including our tools, resources and features, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. These terms are legally binding and enforceable between you and Patria Invest, and constitute a valid agreement between the two parties. Our services and resources may only be used if you fully accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using our services and log out of the platform. To become a member, you must read these terms in full and complete the registration process. Patria Invest reserves the right to update, modify or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice.
6. Intellectual property rights
All materials, tools, resources and content provided through our platform are the exclusive property of Patria Invest. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, resale or distribution is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal proceedings and claims for damages.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the services provided through our trading platform. These services are offered for information and operational purposes only and shall not be construed as financial advice.
8. Third-party resources
Patria Invest may work with third-party partners to improve its services. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you may choose to interact with such third parties. In that case, you agree that Patria Invest is not responsible for any losses, theft or fraudulent activity relating to such third parties. The use of third-party services is entirely your choice. We do not require or impose the use of any external service other than those we provide directly.
9. No-guarantee clause
Patria Invest provides no guarantee as to gains or profitability. Likewise, we offer no compensation for losses incurred while using our platform.
10. Legal responsibility
Patria Invest and the user are each responsible for their own actions. Neither party is exempt from its legal obligations or from the risk of disputes.
11. Security provisions
We offer a secure password recovery system for users who have lost their login credentials. However, if you have shared your password with third parties, we cannot guarantee the security of your account. You are advised to take the necessary steps immediately to protect your account, and we are available to help you reset your credentials.
12. End of use
You undertake not to allow third parties to use your account or to access our services on your behalf. Our platform is intended exclusively for registered members. Friends, family members, agents or other persons are not permitted to use our services through your account without prior authorization.
13. Understanding the risks
Every business activity involves risk, and CFD trading is no exception. While risks can be managed, they cannot be entirely eliminated. Patria Invest is available to help you understand and reduce these risks as far as possible.
